Hotel Sky, Sandton

My stay was pleasant. If possible please provide irons in the room and telephones for communication

✓ Breakfast was great and the location is excellent. Security is superb

✗ Finding my room not cleaned and no change of towels. Being told I had to pay for breakfast when I thought it was included when I booked.

✓ Great breakfast buffet and excellent location — a block from Sandton City/Nelson Mandela Square and three blocks from the Gautrain Sandton station.

✗ The bathroom showed some wear and tear, but wasn’t a deal breaker for me.

the hotel is much better than I anticipated and the room is very clean. Highly recommanded

✓ The breakfast was fabulous as there were so many foods available to choose from. Also, the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

✗ it would be better if they can provide the bottle water for drinking

✓ Amazing interior designs , OMG the chandeliers etc , the coffee maker in the passage , the elevator was pretty much very quick preferred to the hotels I’ve been in the world over , amazing staff aat the RESTAURANT 😊.

✗ There wasn’t a tub 🛀, and phone in my room especially the phone thing was a huge turn Off ,I know you say i should download an application blabla and call using my phone but to me that was a lot to do , I always have so much to do with my phone and trying to connect your hotel application honestly shouldn’t be one of them , I’ve been in so many hotels honestly with the nature of my job and even the Very Classy Hotels have landlines 📞, it’s convenient that way

Overall the stay was good

✗ Contacting reception from the room using their website was difficult, it didn't work for me once
