Dear sir, Thank you for taking your to review our hotel and service, it will go a long way in helping us to keep improving our services. Regarding the reception staff, it is possible that we had several customers at the desk at the time, which sometimes may cause delays. We are working to improve this procedure. With regards to the courtesy tea and coffee at check-in, we are always happy to refill as requested. Unfortunately the public taxi service in Luanda is not the best to say the least, as it is not always possible to confirm booking straight away. For greater security and availability we always recommend booking ahead of departure time. We do offer a Continental breakfast to all our guests and really regret that it was not to your liking. We will consider your comments and work towards improving overall. Regarding traffic, Luanda is not far from some of the most trafficked cities in the world, extensive planning of meeting and logistics is certainly a must. Next time, please let us know if we can help with information regarding best times to travel. We do have complimentary parking inside or outside the hotel, apologies if this was not made clear to you by our staff. In future stays, please ask reception for availability. We hope to welcome you again soon in future and are certain we can improve you stay should you give us the opportunity. Best regards,
