✗ I don’t think we got new sheets prior to arrival. They had makeup stains on on side, and I know the Taylor Swift KC 1 was the night before.

The rooms and experience were well worth the price. I would stay again.
✓ Everything was extremely clean and polished. The rooms smelt amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed my whole stay.

✗ Breakfast wasn’t ready by 6 am. I paid for free breakfast but it wasn’t ready either day

✓ The building is really nice. The room was comfortable. I liked the mattress. I got a good night's sleep.
✗ Walls were thin. I asked for a late checkout in the morning and was given one but they cleaned the room anyways while I was gone. Realizing their mistake, I was still able to get back in. The restaurant was closed before I was able to get there to use it.
