Poor customer service - downright rude

Location was okay.

Blonde reception lady was the most rude member if staff I have ever encountered.

Exceptional

Other hotel was full so I booked this while I was around the corner. So didn’t even look at how it looked I just needed a room. It was a really nice big room. And even got a bath 😂

Great for mosel cycle route

Caught inbthe 80s but a delightful genuine Guesthouse! The restaurant sitting on the balcony was lovely in the evening. Food was very good and good value. They allowed us to store our bikes out the back. Would really recommend if doing the mosel cycle route.

Pleasant

Appealing on the outside, nice restaurant, and reasonable and clean accommodation, lovely location.

Sadly, my train was very late, so I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the quaint location nor the city.

Pleasant

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

When I booked it did say annex, but it didn't explain how far from the main hotel it was. It turned out to be an old hotel that had been taken over on the edge of the town around 12 min walk away with no facilities apart from the room.
