Great apartment in lovely ski resort
✓ Lots of space for 4 adults, great to have parking undercover, great location only a short walk to the cable car and the bars and restaurants.
✗ Collecting the keys was not easy. We had to drive about 15 minutes to the agency. We could not find the agency, so drove round a couple of times before parking up and asking someone for directions. It would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to find it as it was possible to park outside.

Overall a very good trip with Ribasol matching our expectations
✓ Location was good, easy access to the ski lift and to Arinsal village, Apartment was bright, spacious and warm.
✗ Collecting keys from the centre of Andorra la Vella could be challenging for people not knowing the city as there is always a lot of traffic and parking is not easy. Check in a 15:00 is also very late. Better information on how to access the chair lift situated on the road above the Ribasol using the apartments own internal lift system would have been useful as it is complicated and involves 5 different lifts!

Disappointing
✓ Nice place, you can go to the ski lift and ski rent for 5 mins. It is super excellent option for people who wanna ride a lot.
✗ We have to pick-up keys in another city. And had to spend 2 hours to go for keys. Super inconvenient and ruined all good experience.
