Very quiet, extremely clean, friendly owner, functional kitchen, good hot shower. A perfect score! I really enjoyed this place and would stay there again.

I reserved the single room which is directly at the entrance of the property (the 2 other rooms are upstairs). This means that everyone entering the place opens the main door and are right by your room. The kitchen is also on the first floor (next to the single room), so if people are using it late at night or early in the morning, it might be slightly noisy.

The location is brilliant, right next to the Central square in the town and maybe a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Lots of bars/bakeries/restaurants around. Owner couldn't have been more helpful with access or directions either, and it was really clean and tidy

Modern and clean. Very comfy. Nice area to chill and have wine with other guests. Near to Vardanants Square. Host was flexible with the dates of stay due to changes in plans.

Exactly as in pictures. Superb location. Quiet. Working WiFi.

There was a problem with the toilet door in 1st floor. You couldn't get out. Hopefully it'll fixed soon.

All the rooms were very clean. Very amazing and cozy guesthouse in the centre of Gyumri. It was warm in the whole house and it was furnished with simple but high quality items. I’m in love with this guesthouse and will visit again and recommend to anyone who visits Gyumri.

Gorgeous little modern freshly renovated villa. Unpretentious, but containing everything you might need for a short stay in Gyumri...superb value and highly recommended for value and comfort.

We liked this guesthouse so much, as it was so cosy, beautifully furnished, very neat and clean. The host did her best to make our stay comfortable. The location was just perfect. Situated in the city center and minutes of walk to the Church, cafes and restaurants. We will definitely return to this place!
