All in all a very nice stay and I can recommend this hotel
✓ Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly personell, a big choice for breakfast and it was all delicious
✗ The choice of food for half board was not at all to my liking. In the bathroom was a bath with shower attachment and it would have been a lot more comfortable with just a nice shower.

✓ The staff is just some of the best you can find in Switzerland. Amazing breakfast buffet. Incredible spa facilities and convenient parking area.

✗ Some people of the staff are not customer oriented. They pretend not to speak Italian and not to understand Italian, but It Is not true. Actually they did not take care of customers because of this and for a 4 stars hotel this Is absolutely intolerable. We expected a Better service We expected a Better/richer breakfast too. Customers should be the most important thing

We are 6 people in a group. I cannot walk from your hotel to Pontresina train station for taking Bernina Express. Do you provide the shuttle service? If YES, how much for drop-off and pick-up on 10/6? If NOT, does Pontresina train station have parking lot to park our car?
We do provide a free shuttle service from the station to the hotel and back on arrival and departure. Extras transfers will be charged with chf 10.00 per ride. At pontresina station there is also a public car park.

At the moment the wellness area is being modernized and enlarged. The work should be completed by the beginning of July, so it will be open in September. For hotel guests the use is included (without extra charge).

If guests stay at least two nights they get the Engadin card. In the winter they can use the public transport (bus and train) in the upper engadin for free. In the summer also the free use of the mountain railways is included.

We are 5 min. walking distance from a small skilift which is ok for little kids who need to learn how to ski. Corviglia, Diavolezza and Lagalb are 10 min. by car or bus and Corvatsch 20 min. by car or bus.
