✓ Location was brilliant. sure that nothing better than this.
✗ There is no luggage keeping service so, you have to use coin-locker at Otaru station.

Try to contact the staffs a week before we arrived several times with no response.
✓ They offer free coffee and the restroom is clean and tidy. The numbers of wall sockets are sufficient.
✗ The staff can speak Janpanese only and there's only a telephone which is able to contect them. It's better to have some staffs at the counter. Face to face communication is much more easier for foreigner customer.
