Well cared <3 clean beautiful big authentic Armenian house with lovely + super helpful hosts! Spacious room + hot showers + good kitchen + strong wifi! :)

The nights were quite cold and the heating was already off (end May).

Very spacious room, very comfortable bed, The decoration of the house is very warm and relaxing. The bed is really really comfortable like five star hotel. All the facilities work really well. If you are looking for some accommodation near the Sevan lake, This house will worth every cent you paid for.

Actually none. If you really want to find something to be desired, maybe it's a little bit hard to find from outside and the road is a little bit hard, but this is common for elsewhere Armenia too

- location - comfortable beds - room is not hot - helpful host - speaks only Russian though - value for money

Very nice accomodation. It was like sleeping in Armenian history of living museum 🙂. I liked it very much, even if the location is not centre-centre. It is different address then written in here.

nice host, you can communicate with Google Translator - he only speak Russian

You CAN NOT lock the bathroom, it’s ridiculous (?!?) In our room really bad Wi-Fi It’s really crowded if every room is booked, you can hear everyone trough the walls
