Hotel with great location and facilities, lack of skilled staff
✓ very good breakfast selection, good location, clean rooms, facilities OK
✗ Front desk staff very poor skilled, unpolite, don't even try to ask any favor or service over the necessary limits, asked for one hour later check out twice during our almost 2 weeks stay, without "checking the chances" we have been told that due overbooked hotel no possible ... even if plenty available rooms on booking server ...

✓ Convenient, clean, 24x7 reception, easy parking
✗ Twice unlucky with assigned rooms. First one had an issue with the drains, second one directly next to delivery entrance. Obviously they don’t want me to stay/come back.

Slightly dated but clean and well provisioned hotel.
✓ Big rooms which give a very comfortable feel. The bathrooms are clean and functional with powerful showers, which is lovely. The hotel has a 24-hour reception and a decent little fitness centre with some free weights (dumbells) a professional quality cable machine plus treadmill and an exercise bike. The pool is a lovely addition.
✗ Breakfast could be a bit better, especially on the cooked breakfast side - eggs are disappointing!

✗ Traveling through Germany for many years, I have noticed one thing - in 8 out of 10 cases, hotel receptionists tend to have an arrogant attitude and never smile - same for this horel.
