Thé location is good for easy access to metro and gurair shopping complex.

The hotel dosent allow friends or guests to visit in the room and ask for 100 dhs. Only allowed in the lobby. First time I had this experience and was really weird.

Staff was cooperative , Room cleanliness is good, Location is perfect for Metro travelling, Many dining spots nearby Hotel location.

More electrical sockets need to be installed in the room. So difficult to charge multiple devices in room. Also the lighting in the room need to be improved and make it feel more cosy.

Location is OK, but the value of the money is not worthy to this hotel type

TV is blinking and no good channel at all to watch, towels are worn-out, electric kettle doesn't match in electrical plug and no adaptor available, no comporter just blanket and they cover it,

Comfort Inn Hotel is located in Deira a very famous area and near a metro which facilitates movements (by taxi and metro). My room was spacious enough and always clean as the cleaning service was available according to standards! Though I booked for a single bedroom, it was big enough to accommodate a couple. The room was well furnished with lovely colors and a permanent kettle to have tea at convenience.

Some staff are able to lie to new customers just to get some money which is bad for the image of the hotel. I know we can encounter such situations every where but unfortunately I experienced it over there!

Convenient location few minutes walk from Union metro station.

An average hotel. For just one overnight sleep is fine, but would choose somewhere else for a longer stay. Was bit noisy (doors constantly slamming) till midnight and then again starting 5 am. Price for this quality was ok. No complimentary water in the room.
