Excellent property

Overall, a good stay for this area of the UAE
✓ This property is beautiful for the area. The room looks new and the finishing is very nice. I especially liked the lounger in the room and the turndown service. Icy towels were brought around while at the pool.
✗ I was incredibly disappointed that they water was not served at the pool to guests. This is a standard in almost all hotels in the UAE and they are actually charging for bottles of water, when they freely give it out from housekeeping. This is a small change that would make the experience much better. I did complain to the manager and he brought us two cold bottles of water, but I shouldn’t have had to complain. The pool towels were low quality and looked very used compared to the hotel towels.

Fabulous
✓ Amazing property with good room size, big pool with ample place for kids and adults. Not to miss Trader Vic's cocktails and Zest food. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Booked at short very notice. The staff were diligent, helpful and made sure I was looked after
✓ Air conditioning, water available. Front of house staff were very helpful - sorted bookings out and arranged all taxis. Room service was prompt.
