Convenient location downtown. All inclusive breakfast menu and breakfast service top notch.

My room wasn’t cleaned until 6:30pm. Not the standard fir this level hotel and price point. When I mentioned the issue at checkout, reception said they allowed cleaning 9am to 6pm. Uh, no- that’s not “normal” housekeeping hours, sorry.

Room was big and clean Location is perfectly in the center near to dubai mall

The concierge didn't tag my bags and when I come back to collect my lagguges he asked me to enter the store to search my own lagguges!!

Location was good, within walking distance to the shops. Breakfast an assortment of lovely food.

No privacy from the shower, needed a screen or another door.

Anna was great! She was so helpful at check in and also helped me our generally with small things during the stay. The location is fabulous, a special mention to the sheesha available near the poolside; a great addition after a long day of work.

I truly liked everything about my stay in this hotel. Aside from this, the staff seemed like genuinely nice people.

Can't think of anything - only reason I don't give a 10 is because for me that typically is for places that have something very unique about them. That said all the non-unique stuff was perfect.

Great location if you want to say in the Downtown Area. Its walking distance to many attractions like Dubai Mall.

The rooms are smaller in size and a little outdated. The bathrooms are open to the bedroom. The bed mattress not the best. Only doable for a quick short stay in my opinion.
