The hotel was beautiful. All of the staff were amazing and professional and could speak English, which helped a lot. Pretham, Prakash, and Fairoos were extremely helpful with assisting me in planning my trip and activities. They made my stay a lot easier, which I really appreciate. They are assets to the hotel! If you want to spend a lot of time in Dubai, the distance needs to be considered, as traffic and travelling costs into the city can be a bit much.

The vegetarian options available for the breakfast could do with some improvement. And my room had an issue with hot water for the last two days that I was there, but I reported it and it was addressed.

Great location, comfortable rooms, cleaning was to a good standard. Friendly staff great service , would highly recommend at Hotel Holiday International, would definitely stay again on my next visit

Great view, very high quality building, clean, organised, staff was very professional and friendly. Huge parking and hotel location is easy to reach. For sure, it will be one of my favourites for future visits.

Room lighting need to be increased, toilet was very small.

It’s outside the city and the view is amazing seems like the location is not in city

I dont like cuz the swimming guard stop us from swimming cuz we are 3 they must have consider as we are already in the place, i felt bad so we just move out

Clean room with lagoon view with a table and chairs in the balcony. Airconditioning was very good. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful.

The place and the facility overall plus the clearness was very good

Every day I had to ask to refill the water bottles after making up the room plus there was not any tooth ket and the cos to didn't happen automatically is the hotel is crowded and fully book I think you are operating a big hotel to be fully bokked not to just welcoming few guests so the management have to work on this stuff probably
