Lovely peaceful location close to beach and penguins.

✓ Perfect peaceful location with sea views, 1 min walk to a beautiful beach. House was very spacious with ample amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Kitchen in particular is really well equipped. It was the perfect location for us on Philip Island, with just a short drive to shops and restaurants in nearby Cowes. Would recommend, perfect for a family group. You must go to the ‘penguin parade’, we did the guided ranger tour and it was a very special evening!

✗ Having to pay extra for bedding and towels (which were very rough). House is a little ‘tired’ in places - stains on carpets and one of the blankets, mildew on the rubber of the washing machine. Verandah room could have been cleaner and windows could all benefit from a good clean.

Perfect location right on the beach and central to all to do on Phillip Island.

✓ The house was fantastic, so peaceful, moments walk from the beach. If only we could live there forever.

✗ It was difficult to find the key box, if there were some more specific instructions it would make the arrival easier.
