Nice and lovely

✓ I really enjoyed my stay, I don’t think I can think of anything to fault the hotel. Staff were friendly, very clean and nice looking hotel.

✗ I can’t fault them on it as it is a family hotel but the kids were a lot. So I wouldnt recommend if you find kids annoying.

✓ Ok so let me start by saying... this was one of the best holidays i have been on. When we arrived it was around 2pm and the staff member at the desk quickly took our bags and insisted we went for lunch before the lunch hall closed. We were so grateful for the kind gesture and understanding as it had been a long journey. To say i was lost for words when i saw the food hall is an understatement - every type of food you could imagine, from salads and cold options, hot food, desserts, ice cream - it was the attention to detail and wide variety of food that had me smiling! We checked in with no problem,s asked to see the hotel team to book our A La Carte dining reservations for the 3 on site (all of which were incredible! Matsi being our favourite!) and we were then whisked up to our room, exactly as expected, with a welcome bag and stocked mini bar. The room was very spacious, the balcony perfect (looking over the pool with a sea view) - everything was perfect! My pillow was a little too soft for me, no problem, i had a choice of 4 pillows to choose from, i was very happy! The building itself is very modern and very spacious/ grand. The location and views are incredible and the pools were amazing! I love that it catered to everyone's needs - from family's with small children, to couples, to like us best friends on holiday! The Animation team (entertainment staff) work so hard each day with Yoga and Aqua Zumba, Pool volleyball and games, as well as entertainment for the children in the evening - this didn't go unmissed. All in all our time at Helea is one we'll remember for a lifetime, so thankful for the amazing and kind staff and for making our holiday so great!

Luxurious style but a bit crowded around the pool and in the dinning areas

✓ The hotel itself is amazingly built, it has good food, good bars and restaurants, we had the chance to try the Italian restaurant and it was very delicious though the main buffet had a larger menu.. the room was very big and beautiful

✗ We booked a room with swim up pool and a sea view, days before arrival the hotel offered me to bet a price to get a suite with no swim up pool.. I ignored that because I know what I booked and I wanted a room with the pool.. on arrival they gave us the suite with no pool without informing us that we are getting something else, going back to reception they told us that the rooms are full and we are not going to get what we booked but rather get a the suite that they tried before to sell to me by betting on it with higher price than what I reserved.. The suite tho was amazing but it was not what we booked

It was an overall great stay. I really recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay in

✓ Such an amazing hotel in the heart of Rhodos. The facilities, the service, the views, the food - everything was great! Definitely not the last time visiting this place.

✗ Maybe the concerts/events with music should finish a bit earlier in the evenings to accommodate some guests who have kids and need to bring them to bed earlier. Also, maybe add some more coffee machines to shorten the waiting time during breakfasts.

✓ The hotel is in the center, the facilities are great: good and big swimming pools, beach, and water park. Located in the center. Very good hotel to come with childrens I would like to commend Mary from the dining room staff

✗ The room is very small, room service wasn't good, the food wasn't so good and there was no place in the restaurants
