Maybe the price is a bit higher for what they offer and what you get.
✓ We liked a size of the house and rooms. Enough for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. (4y, 2y, 1y). Whatever we needed, communication took place very quickly and willingly. They quickly arranged what needed to be arranged. We appreciated the proximity of parking directly in front of the house with small children. The area is safe and enclosed by a fence, which is nice. Groceries were a 3-minute walk away, really an advantage.
✗ The overall level of cleanliness was not sufficient. Even the equipment of the kitchen in terms of tools was not sufficient. Some photos that represent the terrace are not accurate. The plants no longer exist. The sunbeds and grill are rusty, as is the drying rack. The storage areas - built-in wardrobes - smelled a bit. We had to get rid of cockroaches on the terrace a few times. We had to pay an additional 50 euros for a highchair and a cot.
