✓ Gorgeous property !!! Restaurant lovely , shame I didn’t have time to use spa as that looked lovely .
✗ Service in restaurant bit slow but that’s just because I was a lone traveller and didn’t want to sit on my own for to long other wise if you had company and chatting would of been perfect .

✓ Everything was set out spaciously and easy to use. Staff very polite and friendly.
✗ I wasn't keen on the smokey bacon, I prefer unsmoked (my preference)

✗ Unable to stream phone to TV. Lack of channel choice. No temperature control in the room. The room was too hot, had to have window wide open.

Fabulous
✓ The staff where really helpful and proffesional. Unfortunately l trapped my finger in my car boot on arrival. The staff where really concerned and in no time they gave me a load of ice to help the bruising on my finger. It did the trick, it hardly bruised. My room was of a very high standard. The bath room was lovely, l decided to have a good soak in the lovely bath to relax. I will certainly head back when l am next in the area.

✓ Very nice hotel. Flying visit, so no time to really enjoy the facilities - will have to go back! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
✗ TV in the room was a bit weird to work. Minor complaint and wasn't that bothered by it!

✓ Rooms were well appointed, breakfast well stocked, location good and plenty of car parking
✗ Don't turn off the coffee machine until all guests have been offered coffee after evening meal

Unfortunately Barton Hall Hotel does not offer an early check in service. Check is from 3pm onward's everyday. However, if you arrive early to the hotel, you are very welcome to check with the front desk to see if you allocated room is showing ready.
