We enjoyed our stay and would return.

✓ The decor, staff and attention to details. Beautifully decorated room, complimentary monogram slippers, magnifying/lighted make up mirror, toiletries etc. The staff turned our sheets every night and left goodies for us (chocolate plate on our first night, fruit candy and pillow spray the following night). Daily coffee , teas and cookies in the lobby in the morning and lemon/orange infused water in the afternoon. There is an Asian restaurant adjacent to the hotel with delicious food and a cafe directly across the street.

✗ Upon arrival we asked about the restaurant, we were told the terrace bar had a buffet breakfast. We waited over 30 minutes for a waiter, when I noticed staff removing food trays I approached one of the waiters and was told buffet service was ending in 10 minutes. We then went to a restaurant, placed our order and approximately 20 minutes later were told they ran out of all protein dishes (beef, chicken). I expected better service/communication from staff.

Better by far than the photos…

✓ Absolutely gorgeous and comfortable property in a perfect location. Exceeded our expectations. One of the nicest hotels with most attentive staff I’ve experienced. Large comfortable rooms and bath.

✗ Restaurant food was not up to the standard of the rest of the property. Bar and restaurant service was otherwise excellent.
