Marlenny was excellent at the bar. The aesthetic of the hotel was nice, especially the pool area. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

The checkout process was very stressful with the maid constantly interrupting me while my friend and I were rushing to put everything together. I do not want to get her in trouble; I just think there needs to be better communication between management and cleaning staff. She did not really speak but had quite a mean look on her face. She came about four different times and would knock quickly many times before we would even have a chance to answer. It was very impolite and unprofessional. I think she just needs training and she will do well. The outside bar also needs fans. It is too hot to sit out there. I wanted to stay longer and chat with Marlenny more (and keep drinking), but I had to go to my room. I cannot imagine how hot it is for the workers to do their jobs as well.

even motel 6 offers coffee or tea either in rooms or in lobby. This hotel doesn’t provide in room service. or even walking to lobby for coffee. merely based on that fact alone I due back in 4 weeks and wouldn’t consider booking this hotel for that reason alone

Cozy charming hotel, large room, comfortable bed and pillows, nice pool in the garden, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, 3 min walking to the beach, vouchers for deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach, no insects in the room

3 PM check in is too late. There are no accessories in the room - no needles and threads, no pencil and a piece of paper, no tiny bottle of water in the fridge. Til the middle of the night a beat is heard from the bar opposite. You can not sleap, just go and drink.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was right by the airport which I liked. You could see planes taking off and landing which was cool. There is a beach right across the street and the hotel provides free towels and vouchers for chair rentals. The hotel pool is gorgeous though we didn’t use it. The room was clean and spacious. There was a mini fridge and microwave in our room and a nice little patio. Taxis were easily accessible from this location.

Some of the outlets in the room did not work and the beds were kind of short. A person who is 5’10+ would have their legs dangling off the bed if they were laying flat. The room also needed more lighting. There were two bulbs that were out, 1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom, but I don’t think replacing them would have made much of a different with the brightness of the rooms. The hotel is at the beginning of “Downtown” so there’s a 20 minute walk to the closest bus stop and touristy areas.

We have also received very good comments about our guests enjoying Reflexion for their meals. Couple of quaint local bars right opposite, and a superb beach/beach restaurant, good stay and good location all in all. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice pool area, good WiFi and AC. Didn't eat in hotel, so, no comment there.

No tea/coffee facility, but obtained coffee maker when requested. As this island is a Dutch colony, this is probably normal as there's few places in Holland offer tea/coffee either, just strange to a UK citizen. Street noise could be off-putting to some, but of course this is not a reflection on the hotel itself.

Hello! Is there snorkeling nearby, and if so, how far away would we have to travel? Thanks for your help.

All the beaches in Aruba are good for Snorkelling. The best ones are at the sides of the island, such as Baby Beach 25 min by car, Mangle Halto 15 min by car, and Boca Catalina 20 min by car.

We have reservation on Mar 2 and Mar 11 12 , is there a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and then to the cruise ship and from the cruise ship to the hotel?

I'm sorry to inform you that we don't provide a shuttle service from and to the airport and also not from and to the cruise ship. We can call taxi's for you at the front desk of the hotel for when you need a taxi.
