Great and modern hotel, with a touch of quality

✓ The administrators were really friendly and helpful, told all the useful information. I asked quieter room on the last floor and my wish was granted. The view from the room was great, no traffic noise, even though it was between busy streets. The room had kettle, free M&M's (I don't eat them anymore, but a nice touch and had the chance to try them again), free coffee and tea, the towels were really soft, shower was spacious enough and water pressure was great. All in all, the room was modern and clean.

✗ The beds were a bit noisy, but didn't bother me. Just didn't like that other hotel guests came to next room and started talking really loud, laughing, even though it was 2 am, so maybe room isolation is not too great. Location is not bad, 30 mins walking distance from city center. For us it wasn't a problem.

✓ The location of the hotel was good, it was easy to get around the city by public transport. The rooms were very very comfortable, good, big and all of them had big windovs and good view all the inventory was in order, very friendly staff. Breakfast was good considering what was included in the price. There is no American table, in the buffet you can choose the desired sweets with jam or chocolate cream, coffee and sweet bubbles.

✓ Location was really good, and the room was huge. They had cold complimentary water in the fridge ready which was needed especially after a delayed flight and bus journey into Turin. Also I forgot my adaptor and they allowed me to use their charger behind the desk. I was also given a free coupon to claim a drink at the bar/coffee station. The shower was at a really good temperature throughout...it was perfect and powerful. The bed was huge which I really liked and a decent size TV on the wall. Laundry services, gym, pool table also available. Rooftop has very nice views across the river/ city up to the mountains. The view from my room was top notch across the river!

✗ One staff member was rude and slightly dismissive...spotty face blonde/brown hair. I asked a couple of questions and she was not professional in her answers but all I did was brush the shoulder off as that negativity won't dampen the whole experience

✓ Good location but not the best location for downtown Turin. I really liked the concept of the hotel (a residence/student hotel) with common spaces such as co-working tables and 24-hour gym.

✗ I don't like the single bed, and there are only curtains in the room to cover the windows.

✓ Everything super good! The staff was friendly (one recepcionist wasn't so much but it was ok), the rooms are big, very modern and very comfortable. It's an amazing hotel, they have a lot of common áreas, a gym, and a big beautiful terrace with amazing views of the alps. Also, everything (rooms and rest) extremely clean. Wifi worked good, and they had smart TV. I would totally recommend this place.

✗ Everything was perfect! It's true that the location is not super close to the center but it's not that far anyway and there are many options for public transport.
