They're in process of remodeling the hotel. Our room and bathroom were clean, beds comfortable & convenient to beach, food & entertainment. Friendly staff.. I'll definitely stay again.

Location is close to beach, beach chairs, restaurants & shops, on site pool, complimentary breakfast, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Dirty room floor, lack of towels, broken shower knobs, no power outlets near bed to charge electronic devices, clock with phone charger broken, no coffee maker in room.

Location was incredible. So close to the beach and all of the restaurants/bars which was great as I was travelling with another female. Most of the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had great variety. Beach chairs were also a great addition to our stay.

The room was quite dirty. You could tell the rooms were not cleaned properly each day. some staff were also a little bit rude which was annoying but the other super friendly staff made up for that. I wouldn't say the price of the room was worth it. The hotel looked a lot more modern in pictures.

Mrs Priscilla Sampspn attentiveness, service, warm embrace. Very genuine. Mrs Priscilla oversaw the breakfast area. I enjoyed the pool area, food service staff.

Slow and minimal daily towel distribution. Room phone was broke (missing buttons and letter/number display).

The staff was great.

The walls are too thin. I could hear everything from the next room. All their "night activities" like they were in the same room. Their laughing and talking after at 2am non-stop. We had to switch rooms.

Excellent location, close to everything. The pool was great. The breakfast was very good.

They didn’t clean our room the first night. They were short on towels everyday.

Bed was great!

Room wasn't very clean Ceiling fan made so much noise, even on 1, so had to turn it off. Showerhead was weak. When I went to ask for a different room because of all the above, all they said was that I would encounter the same problems in every room.

Hallway carpet is dirty and ice machines have broken doors that cause the doors to fall in the ice. I've machines have a scooper that may result in foreign items being introduced to the ice.

No, viewing the ocean is not possible from non of our rooms

Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there?

The hotel is located across the street from the beach, about 350 meters, we do have a beach shuttle that runs from 10am to 6pm daily.

What time does the beach shuttle run? What is the extra charge for airport shuttle?

The beach shuttle is on demand, the hours of operation is from 10 to 6pm airport shuttle is US$24 per person, the reservation needs to be requested no later than 72 hours prior to arrival along with your complete flight information
