✓ La ubicación y limpieza.

✗ La atención recibida y que el personal solo habla francés. We arrived for our check in but our key box was opened and the key was not there. I called to the number printed over the key boxes but I don't speak French (I speak Spanish, English and German) so they couldn't help us. We were very tired and already desperate. I don't know why or how we thought about that, but we started to search for keys in the kitchen and public areas and we found a key in the living room, we tried it in our room and it was our key. At the end we were very lucky to find it but if it wouldn't have been that, you wouldn't have helped us and we would have stayed outside of our room.

✗ It was difficult to get access to the accommodation.

Disappointing. Aesthetically pleasing, but not recommended if you’re looking for any hospitality.

✓ Well renovated, spacious rooms and common areas.

✗ Very impersonal stay. Disappointing! It should be made clearer that this isn’t really a hotel, more like a self-service stay. For this price point one would expect some level of service. I was contacted twice - once by phone to ask how I wanted to pay since there would be no one at the time of my arrival (5pm), and the next morning when the cleaning lady wanted to ask me to pay. No full-length mirror, bed was much too hard - I left with back pain.

Beautiful apartments

✓ Stunning and comfy room. The whole house was lovely and the communal sitting room and Terrance areas were clean and nice to have as an extra. The location was a nice quiet street but wasn’t too far out from everything so we could walk everywhere. I would stay here again.

✗ The coffee machine was a bit tricky to use and when we went to the kitchen in the morning to see if we could use the kettle in there the staff making breakfast was very rude.

Exceptional

✓ Beautifully decorated rooms! We had a great stay as a group of three. Lots of space with a separate toilet. Everything was very clean and new, and the hotel itself is in a great location. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Nice place, probably for a longer stay, not really central, no assistance on site

✗ Not as centrally located as we would have liked, taxis v difficult to secure in Bordeaux Our room was up 2 flights of stairs with no lifts and no assistance, admittedly as advised. Amenities 2 flights down, could have done with a bar fridge in room No concierge or on site assistance, nowhere to store luggage yet early checkout/late check in Toilet seat remained broken throughout our stay
