We rented a two-bedroom apartment which was good enough for 6 persons. They have spacious rooms with comfy beds and pillows. A/C was not too cold. And the price that we paid was too cheap for 6 persons. Good value for money!

The microwave door release button in Room 302 needs to be fixed asap. The room needs a thorough cleaning especially the kitchen area where we saw a small cockroach. Kitchen utensils also need cleaning and some for replacement. But other than that, we have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if there's a chance.

My recent stay at Xclusive in Dubai was nothing short of a disaster. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a nightmare due to the abysmal hotel service, uncomfortable bed, and a downright appalling cockroach infestation. We lost an entire day of our vacation, and our plans were completely ruined. The bed in our room was a back-breaker. It felt like sleeping on a pile of rocks, and every toss and turn was accompanied by the dreadful sound of bed springs squeaking. Getting a good night's sleep was impossible, and the bed was a major contributor to our exhaustion during the trip. However, the bed was just the tip of the iceberg when it came to the problems we encountered. The real horror began when we discovered a cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor. We immediately called the front desk to request a room change, but the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our distress. They promised to send someone to address the issue, but no one showed up for 6 hours. As a result of this cockroach encounter, we had to spend the entire day in the lobby. This completely derailed our vacation plans, and we missed out on the activities we had been looking forward to. The hotel's failure to promptly address the infestation and their lack of concern for our inconvenience was beyond frustrating. Throughout our stay, we encountered a slew of other issues, from rude and unhelpful staff to subpar amenities. It's clear that the management of Xclusive prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Our experience was a nightmare, and I strongly advise against anyone staying at this establishment. In summary, our stay at Xclusive was marred by an uncomfortable bed, cockroach infestation, and a complete disregard for our inconvenience. It was a total mess, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our vacation was ruined, and the memories we have of our time there are far from pleasant.

The staff is very nice and helpful, and the location is good. Rooms are clean.The receptionist is very good ( I forget the Name Sri Lankan guy). overall it was a nice stay and we will be back soon. Keep it up Xclusive team.

The requests came late and the towel was stained.

the location of the hotel is not in crowds area. so it is good even to have some parties in room. Housekeeping staff Namely Mr. Rishi & Receptionist ( Egyptian)they are friendly and helpful every-time.

I don’t think other staffs are guest friendly, there was a housekeeping staff from pakistan who came to resolve the water blockage of kitchen sink got angry and bang the door while leaving. while checking out I personally kept 1 box of butterscotch ice cream in the fridge with 2 teaspoons in my room. & when i was in reception to checkout housekeeping staff Namely Mr. Virendra inspected the room. receptionist told me there was 2 teaspoons are missing . I explained him it’s in the fridge with ice cream for staffs. but as per receptionist there is no ice cream. i again went back to the room to find it by myself but ice cream was missing from room. that time another housekeeping staff was there. and reception ask me to pay for it . i paid it. I didn’t find this good… if hotel have to inspect the room, it has to be inspected while guests are inside. or else your staff has to be loyal & honest. paying money for 2 teaspon is fine for me but lying to guest and charging the money is completely wrong if staffs are like this then maybe in future hotel have face many consequences ..

Nothings at all

From checkin till check out everything was horrible. They changed our hotel accommodation location from once place to another due to non availability. Then they refused to give us 2bhk and gave us studio and 1bhk which was totally horrible. Even phillipino receptionist was very rude in terms of her the way to talking to customer. No towels provided and when asked they told us it's out of stock. Asked for toothbrush and they never showed up to room. There are a lot to tell about, but no use since I'll never ever visit that apartment. Although a horrible experience
