well, cant describe my experience here, rooms are nice very unique and special. lobby is is wonderful with amazing view
✓ everything ! staff is too kind and the owner is so open hearted, you feel like you are at home ! location, view, lobby everything everything is just amazing, will again come here just because of this hotel. in fact extended my stay just because I like everything at Cottage chalet. one must give at least 2 days to witness something unique example of hospitality and pristine nature!! Thank you Mr. Ashot for everything , will come again to bother you:)

Beautiful resort location but needs attention to detail and quality.
✓ Incredible location and setting. Has immense potential. Staff were accommodating and also tried their best despite language issues. However, very poor quality of construction and facilities despite facility being reasonably new. Needs massive quality check and attention. Beautiful spot though!
✗ Staff tried their best, but in my opinion, need to be trained better and would help if they spoke English a bit. Breakfast wasnt great and need improvement. Coffee for breakfast was chargeable which was strange. And please improve quality of the bathrooms!

✗ In the room we don't have coffee/tea. Actually you can ask for tea and it is free. But for coffee you need to pay. And they don't have cappuccino...

✓ the best location in Dilijan, comfortable, clean, staff was so friendly and helpful,location is really amazing it is in yard ,it has a little bit bad road for sedans,but the sunset and sunrise was amazing,there are mini tennis.
✗ in the room weren’t hair dryer,mini bar.But you can ask it from staff.Rooms are noisy you can hear your neighbours voices, breakfast not very good at all but the view of restaurant was great
