Excellent spot for a good value stay in the countryside near Kendal
✓ Excellent location with many walks from the door, Lovely views, quiet spot nice garden,10 min drive into Kendal, good pub in village with 3 others nearby
✗ Hoover had not been emptied for months

✓ Location perfect for our stay. Rooms very comfortable and kitchen well equipped .
✗ House was cold when we arrived, thermostat set to 9! And it keeps defaulting back to 9 during our stay. However once reset it soon warmed up.
