The hosts are the most friendly and hospitable. It's not the first time I am staying here. Though the location is a bit far from the city center, you can take a taxi which is very cheap and works anytime in Dilijan

Very nice room and the host is friendly and helpful. The bed is super comfortable. We traveled with a small dog. And this place was dog friendly. Noting to complain about. Highly recommend this place.

We needed 3 beds; the 3rd bed fit the bill but (as you would expect) is not as comfy as a regular bed :)

The chalet is perfect for a group as it has a large sofa and amazing fireplace. We were in Dilidzjan when the weather was quite bad and cold, and the place was nice warm. The hosts were amazing. They made delicious breakfast every morning and showed us the best places for a hike. I can highly recommend Jermatun Guest House!

First of all, the house is incredible and is even better in person than on pictures. Very cosy and it made us be sorry that we couldn't spend our whole day sitting on the enormous terrace or in front of the big window, having coffee. Second, Mohammed and Lilith are very friendly, warm and hospitable. All arrangements we discussed were made accordingly. They prepared us very tasty gata and lunch boxes for our hike. I would definitely like to stay at the house fore more time.

Dilijan was memorable thanks to our stay in this beautiful property. The amazing couple who run this property were very helpful to our needs. Our only regret is not staying more than 1 day! If you are reading this, do not hesitate to book this, go for it!!

Our chalet was 2 rooms that easily accommodated 4 but there was only one toilet.

It was a new and clean building. The owners clearly payed attention into every single detail. The room has everything a traveller needs.

The road to the hostel was in a bad state, both for walking and for the car. The owners or managers never showed up. All the main conversation was done by phone. The bad was low and not so comfortable.
