Great location, polite and helpful staff

✓ Polite and helpful staff, very supportive and friendly owner of the place. Centrally located, nearby the Dashashwamedh Ghat in Varanasi.

Disappointing

✗ They didn't accept on arrival payment as mentioned in site.Instead demanded half payment before arrival.

Overpriced in comparison

✓ Staff was accommodating and understanding with my needs

✗ Upper rooftop area where I thought I could do some yoga wasn’t suitable for that- but I still enjoyed some private time there.. or having a bite while relaxing

A very good budget hotel at a very good location.

✓ Hospitality, cleanliness, facilities , Comfortable, A small rooftop place to eat and most important location. All of these makes it value for money deal.

✗ Rooms are less spacious, whole place is built in a small piece of land but they have utilised it very efficiently (as a solo traveler it is fine) (couples can adjust as well) and ofcourse everything is at walking distance so, location covers up almost everything.

Overall a good budget place which sufficed my solo needs

✓ - The proximity to the Ghats was a plus. - The staff and the owner had good intent, spoke politely and responded in a timely manner. - The room met expectations though it lacked ventilation - The early checkin at 5:30am instead of 11am was not charged

✗ - The service needs to get proactive (towels, daily cleaning, and supplies needed reminders) - Commercial considerations could have been toned down but that is probably the mindset of the city at play
