Very beautiful place and friendly host! Best price you can find! The house is very old, but it has its charm, and rooms are very big. The garden is simply stunning and it makes your stay. Importantly, they have fixed the shower and toilet, it's modern, clean hot water and washing machine. The bathroom is shared with the host and has a separate entrance from the outside (which did not bother us, actually). Location is perfect and easy to find with google maps, close to Yerevan, close to Aragats, and even has an interesting archeological site right nearby the village (don't miss it).

Electrical wires are very old and most of them are broken, there is light in every room, but very uncomfortable and not enough sockets. But we managed, it's not a big deal.

Nice garden and location in the village. Big rooms. Renowated bathrooms

The house was very dirty and dusty. Doors of kitchen cabinets were broken. The issue is not that the house is old, but is not maintained well.

Apart from the fridge that functioned the rest is terrible. One of my bad hosts, nightmare stay. Feels like cheating. As we encountered with some of the country's residents, the awareness of good service is zero.

The house is in a dilapidated, poor and neglected situation. wetness, broken in some walls, windows, ceiling. Not clean. not ventilated. Scary. ...... There are windows that do not open. The smell of mildew, mold from dampness in the walls and ceilings. A terrible smell. We could hardly stay. We had a sleepless night that affected the next day.

Hotel's Response

Hello Mira. This is an old Armenian house in the village. The name is just a hint. You could see the pictures before booking. All the windows were opened, most of them were with nets. In the end, if you didn't like it, there was a chance not to stay against your will. You paid the equivalent of 18 euros per person. If you needed modern rooms, their price in Armenia is three times more expensive.
