✓ Beautifully designed brand new hotel with kind and responsive staff.

A great hotel for peaceful & quiet weekend ✨

✓ A wonderful hotel, cozy up in the mountains and away from the city centre bustle (it takes 20 mins on foot downhill / 5 minutes by car). Amazing view from the balcony, and a nice restaurant with tasty and healthy dishes. Minutes from the hotel, I found a great hiking path, and the view from the mountain is the best ever there! When I'm back in Dilijan, I'll be coming back here for sure ❤️

Lovely hotel

✓ Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. The whole experience was very relaxing.

✗ For me, breakfast starting at 9am is too late. I think it should start at 8am at the latest. The hotel's booking.com page says that it accepts American Express, but actually it doesn't. The hotel should correct this information.

Beautiful property

✓ The property is beautiful and perfect for relaxation. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bathroom was so nice and modern and the shower was the best we had out of all 3 places we stayed in in Armenia.

✗ The mattress was sinking in the middle and resulted in giving us back pain. It’s probably worn out and needs replacing. They had a beautiful terrace and garden and although they had picnic/dining tables there they wouldn’t serve anything there not even water/juice or tea/coffee. I can maybe understand not seeing alcohol there in case you’re worried about noise as the garden area is right between all the rooms but serving water/tea/coffee or soft drinks there would be really nice and would have been really appreciated. There was contradicting information given by the staff. The restaurant told us that we can order food from the room and they would deliver and when we called the reception to place the order they said no and refused to take the order but when we told them are you sure? The restaurant clearly said it’s possible to order in room dining they said they will call us back. They double checked with the restaurant and we were finally able to place our order. Had we not known before hand from the restaurant that it is in fact possible, we wouldn’t have been able to order anything and this is not only inconvenient for the hotel guests but also results in loss of revenue for the hotel. The staff should be better trained to ensure the same information is given to the guests across the board without any contradictions. The breakfast was in general nice but we didn’t know until the second day that we’re able to order a hot breakfast such as an omelette or any special coffee such a cappuccino. Nobody told us and there was no note on the tables to inform us and this is easily fixable with a little more attention to these little details. The staff only told us on the second day. The rooms are not soundproof. There’s clear space in the door letting in all the noise form outside. We could hear everything outside our room and I mean everythingggg which meant whoever is on the outside could probably also hear us which was not nice.

✓ Everything was great at this hotel.. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. An amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

✓ The location was amazing. It has nice staff, and a comfortable cottage. Everything is clean.

✗ The most annoying part was that each time we order room service ( food from the restaurant ) we should pay each time separately. They didn't allow us to pay all at once on checkout.
