✓ Cannot fault the place. Location good. Staff helpful - any questions you had were answered. Offer onward travel. Daily tours. Great if on a budget.

Exceptional
✓ I booked a private room, everything you need is there, fridge, hair dryer, kettle with tea/coffee, the bed is comfy. The shower is separate from the toilet and have soap and shampoo. Good quiet AC. The staff is lovely, can arrange tours and buses. The restaurant is really good, lots of vegetarian options, you can always pay with credit card and it's really good prices! The pool is perfect with a lot of sun beds.

✓ Eveything was fine. The location is very good. The hostel was clean and nice. The staff was Kind and helpful for all my requests. I booked a Tour via the hostel and it was well organized.

Lovely staff, great pool and restaurant.
✓ The pool and restaurant are great. Food is cheap and very tasty. Lovely staff, super helpful. The aircon in my room started leaking in the evening but there was someone to fix it within 5 minutes.
✗ The bed was really bad. Is was nothing more than some foam ( with mould on the bottem). And there is no soundproofing to the hallway, so you hear everything.

Good travelling experience
✓ Like all the Onederz hostels, it was in a good location, very clean and comfortable.
✗ I cannot say, I didn't like - just it was kept a little bit less of professional than the other Onederz hostels we had stood in ( SIEM Reap, Phnom Penh). Still VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!
