I really enjoy the security and the nice attitude of all the staff from the greeters to the cleaning lady Lucia.

✓ Accessibility and easy check in and check out.

✗ The elevators. For the amount of guest that are there, one elevator does not suffice. Along with that a convention at the time, did not make it any easier. Also I had a Brocken safe box that they did not repair, I was forced to carry a large amount of cash with me.

✗ I didn't try the breakfast as quite expensive and I don't eat much first thing. it would be nice to have a cheaper option of, say toast and coffee

A beautiful garden hotel with an amazing pool

✓ Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, wonderful pool, well-kept and pleasant temperature, beautiful garden, large rooms, very good WiFi, and great location. Right next to the hotel there is a red colectivo, line 1, for 10 pesos in 10 minutes to the center and around the corner, a gray colectivo, line 1 to the bus terminal.
