✓ Excellent staff. Very friendly and eager to help. The front office manager and the F& B staff were extremely warm and supportive of any requests I had.I am a Taj client all over india. Normally stay at the Palaces and where not available I stay at vivanta. Though it is a different standard and budget , vivantas are still a great choice . I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in a central location and have a comfortable stay. Great value for money and though it’s a small property the staff make up for everything else that is lacking compared to a bigger property. I am very pleased with my stay.

✓ The staff were great. Mr Naseem (Duty manager), Sudheer (Ops Manager), Febin(Front Desk) to name a few were very attentive. The staff in ints entirety were very warm and genuinely attempted to help where ever possible.
✗ Staff needs to feel supported. English is not the first language and English spoken in foreign accents can be daunting. Training should be provided to understand foreign accents as well as asking for help. Communication around help through collaboration with colleagues and managers need to be emotionally supported through authentic positive feedback.

People at the front desk are very helping.
✓ The breakfast was very good with multiple options and the staff are coming and checked with every guest.
✗ Very attentive staff. It was wonderful to have 24hrs check and check out. It is a fair and equitable business model. Hope it will be continued. All are good and Azim has all heart and time to talk to every guest genuinely.
