Passable, but I won't stay again.

✓ It's an apartment.

✗ The location is quite a ways from downtown but that may not be too important for some people, the noise from vehicles passing in the streets both in front and behind the building was loud if the windows were open, and the barking dogs as well, too much of that. The advertisement says "a well-fitted kitchen" but doesn't include a can opener (so don't buy canned goods that require one), they have a few basic dishes, pots, pans (the large pan does not have a lid), no condiments (salt, pepper, etc), there's a "kettle" for boiling water but no coffee pot/brewer. And most importantly - the wifi is absolute crap, it didn't work for me unless the apartment door was open and my laptop computer was on the side of the table directly in front of the door, and then the signal was very weak. The signal did not reach the bedroom. I connected to all the wifi points they have and it was the same for all.
