Bad

✗ Upon check-in, they were asked to make a cash deposit of 100 € and sign some “internal rules”, about which there was no information on Booking when paying for the reservation, as well as about the deposit! When checking out, they did not return the deposit, arguing that the rules included a fine for dirty dishes and not thrown garbage.

Fabulous

✓ Comfy and well equipped. Great location within walking distance from lifts and shops, restaurants.

✗ Could've done a better job with cleaning. However they responded immediately when we told them.

Exceptional

✓ Apartment was spacious; two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped, and cleaning equipment was provided.

✗ 20+min walk needed to have French or Spanish food. If you have a car it should be fine.

Good on the whole.

✓ Beds were very comfy and the flat was a great size for 5 adults. 6 would be the maximum comfortable amount in my opinion. Children might be different. Reception team were very helpful with giving extra bin bags and washing up liquid - that was certainly much appreciated! Beds were super comfy - Emma mattresses. Quite happy on the whole.

✗ Wi-Fi was very bad through most of the flat D2D. Only the main bedroom had anything decent. Kitchen had a limited amount of kitchen utensils. Many were missing vs the flat we booked alongside.

Very comfortable stay and a great mountain view

✓ Our apartment was amazing. Great view of the mountain. And because it was on the last floor, had an extra high ceiling. The Check-in building is not in the same building as the apartments. But, it worked very well because it is very well located behind the bus station. Checkout very simple just dropping the key. Although it is close, be prepared to walk few hundreds of meters uphill coming from the ski lift. Very happy overall :)

✗ The unit you are going to get is a surprise. Pictures are standard for the building, but they do not show your exactly unit. There wasn't dedicated ski storage in this building. The Wi-Fi is not stable and has frequent interruptions. For some reason, I notice this is a common problem in the area.

The mattress should be replaced. The sofa was more comfortable than the bed

✓ The place itself it's quite nice and has a lovely view. The kitchen and bathroom are very good.

✗ In the advertisement, they said the location of the reception and one can understand that that is the location of the apartment itself. IT WASN'T! It was SO ANNOYING to get to the place we thought we rented only to realose that the actual place was 2 km away UP HILL Not funny when it's night, and raining. Then everything you go in and out of the house one have to walk uphill on the way back.. a car it becomes so needed. They should state the real location of the apartments or at least make a disclaimer of what's the deal.

Disappointed in location of apartment but had an enjoyable skiing trip.

✓ Staff in reception were helpful.

✗ The description on Booking.com did not make it clear that there were two locations for properties. Having been in the location before we expected the property to be close to reception but this was not the case. We ended up in Ransol which is further away from the town of El Tarter, the ski slopes and at the top of a steep hill. The accommodation slept 4 but there was only one set of keys. A coffee machine was provided but no coffee capsules so no hot drink on arrival. A dishwasher with tablets was supplied but no tablets for the washing machine.
