Beds were very comfy and the flat was a great size for 5 adults. 6 would be the maximum comfortable amount in my opinion. Children might be different. Reception team were very helpful with giving extra bin bags and washing up liquid - that was certainly much appreciated! Beds were super comfy - Emma mattresses. Quite happy on the whole.

Wi-Fi was very bad through most of the flat D2D. Only the main bedroom had anything decent. Kitchen had a limited amount of kitchen utensils. Many were missing vs the flat we booked alongside.

Our apartment was amazing. Great view of the mountain. And because it was on the last floor, had an extra high ceiling. The Check-in building is not in the same building as the apartments. But, it worked very well because it is very well located behind the bus station. Checkout very simple just dropping the key. Although it is close, be prepared to walk few hundreds of meters uphill coming from the ski lift. Very happy overall :)

The unit you are going to get is a surprise. Pictures are standard for the building, but they do not show your exactly unit. There wasn't dedicated ski storage in this building. The Wi-Fi is not stable and has frequent interruptions. For some reason, I notice this is a common problem in the area.

Reception is near the bus stop. found it easily and the process was simple. Receptionist was efficient and kind - Gave us a map of important places nearby. The appartment was 5 min walking from ski area. Appartment was big, nice and clean - with big balcony. Equipped kitchen. Heating worked well. In 100m - small (and expensive) grocery shop, burgers shop, and a resturant.

The appartment was 5 min walking from ski area - but with an annoying slope. Boiler was not big enough for 5 adults showers... Got 3 dishwasher capsules for a 6 night reservation - makes you buy a new package for 2-3 capsules or clean by hand... Nespresso coffee machine - but no capsules at all.

Property was very nice. Clean and had all what we needed. Underground car park so don't bring a roof box.

The location. They completely mislead us into believing the apartment would be located near to the ski lift but the address they provide is just the reception and then they send you 10 minutes down the road up a massive steep hill out the way from everything. When I expressed my disappointment with the reception staff, they were not bothered and couldn't care if you were an hour away. Not their problem kind of attitude. The Safe was also locked when I got their and I couldn't be bothered to go back and get the problem sorted out. There also isn't any advice to say not bring a roof box.. We were left lumbered at this property after driving for 2 days and had to remove our roof box to get into the underground carpark and store it in our apartment which was massively inconvenient for us.

The rooms were clean, accommodating and warm. The parking was easy to get to.

The wifi router is the same for rthe whole floor and not per apartment which made the connection quite weak in most of the apartment.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. It has a great layout, it was perfect for a family holiday. The beds were also very comfortable. It far exceeded our expectations. The receptionist where we collected the keys was very helpful.

It was a ten minute walk up a hill from the gondala, but we hired a locker for the week to save us carrying our skis back and forth, so it wasn’t really a problem.

In room facility is modern, the view is good.

Upon check in, cash deposit was not an option. We’ve requested to prepare the room for 4 but this wasn’t done until we did it ourselves, we were told to wash the dishes and empty the garbage bin. If the kitchenette is offered as a facility, the service should be provided as well. Bathroom amenities were not enough even for 1 person, shampoo and shower gel was empty! The location and hotel’s name is totally misleading, the address given was only for the Reception, so you might want to contact the hotel first and ask where your room will be allocated, otherwise, it will be a random pick on where you will stay as this property manages 5 hotels on different locations if not mistaken. There was no phone inside the room. We had a noisy neighbor during midnight and would want to report it, but since it’s late, we did not really bother going down the main entrance to reach the only phone in the building. This is not a 4 star experience at all.

Pleasant apartment, comfortable with balcony and outside garden. Our only issue was the heatwave and having to keep the shutters down much of the time. Living room quite compact but all good value.

Very well suited for our ski group. Clean appartment, nice view and good value.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night because someone decided to play with the fire extinguisher and it stayed on for about 45 minutes before security came to turn it off.

The apartments were in a great condition, and design is superb. Bedrooms are well separated from each other, convenient window from the kitchen to the dining area. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. Everything was clean and tidy.

Wi-Fi was very slow. Also one should be aware that certain apartments are located not in the place indicated on the map, but in Ransol. It's not very far, but uphill, so you'll need to drive to the ski lifts from there.
