Probably the best apartment in the Gyumry. House is really like a museum, comfortable and cosy, best choose to come with friends and family.

I've stayed twice with a group of friends and they loved it so much they extended the stay. The place is even better than the photos and is a true way to experience the soul of Gyumri!! The terrace and barbecue area is perfect and everything is so tastefully done. Liana is so friendly and makes you feel welcome and the bottle of wine and fruit is really a nice touch Would recommend again and again. Thanks !!

The location is perfect, in the center, near all famous destinations, shops, cafes and churches. House has a very cozy terrace with a view to the inner yard. The host was very warm and ready to help.

Location of this home is prime, its the historical center of the city. You have feeling that you are time traveling to 19th century. Host was very kind and friendly, they allowed us to checking earlier and prepared for us wine and fruit. We had great stay with team of 5 parson. Outdoor area is also cool you can make your own BBQ and seat outside. Balcony was great to enjoy calm evening. WiFi was very stable and internet speed was good. Overall it was great experience and most probably we will back to same house again.

Typical one-floor townhouse in the most pleasant area of Gyumri's center. Decoration and furniture are very romantic and a nice mix between new and ancient. The garden is quite big and you can spend good time there. Owners are really nice.

Everything was really perfect. Perfectly suitable for 4, but 6 people can fit if you just stay a couple of nights. One thing could be improved though : there's too many hotel-like disposable items, such as teethbrushes, single-use soap bottles, and slippers. In such an authentic place my opinion, these are not so necessary nor eco-friendly.

The property location is just awesome, right in the historical center. Walking distance to main square is 3-4 minutes. There are several groceries around, cafes and restaurants around. The house represents local traditional interior with integrated modern equipment. Love that place and recommend for families.
