Great accommodation near the center. Very kind and friendly owner with his cat and dog. Small garden and outdoor seating. The possibility of using the kitchen. Private bathroom and toilet in the room. I really like this style of accommodation. Everything was in the best order.

The owner is a very kind person. He goes the extra mile to help you have a pleasant stay. The amenities include a big kitchen and a bbq area. City center location, still in a very quiet street. Nice little orchard around the house.

Smoking in one of the inside communal areas is allowed.

For our trip to Gjumri this accommodation was perfect for us because we were very flexible.

The house owner was really kind and helpfull. He showed us everything, asked if we had any questions, invited us for coffee on our arrival and left the gate open for us when we came back later that night. The room was cheap but we had everything we needed; a fridge and a private bathroom.

I liked that the hotel is located in the city center. The owner of the hotel is a very kind person, immediately upon arrival he treated us to a delicious cake and coffee. In the evening we watched football with him on TV

very good and quiet place with strong wifi, owner was great and always helpfull, hostel is in quiet place, 2 dogs and cat around. I order breakfast and lunch, it was amazing local food, recomended, also local fountains on street with drining water was amazing!

only negative thing is hard to find this place, need to ask people on street, my gps not working

Very nice host. Good rooms, new bathroom, strong Internet. Summer kitchen with BBQ and Breakfast I had Gyumri speciality, very teasty. Cool in a hot summer time and wind in the garden. Very, very quiet for a city, slept fantastic without noises.

I liked all!
