Perfect location for Cologne messe
✓ Very suitable for Anuga exhibition. Calm atmosphere. Funny robot room service. Please - put inside next time beer, not coca cola, It would be fantastic joke for everybody.
✗ Too dark in the rooms, no norm lights to prepare before going out. Not possible to get lunch in the restaurant sometimes. As I understood restaurant is working not all days. No food in the bar, only drinks. We need food always! :) Food is delicious, but I laughing what prices like in Kempinski hotel :))) still laughing, overpriced. But no exception - want eat - pay for the food. Beer is fantastic! :)

Generally good but a few room specific issues
✓ Modern hotel and good facilities
✗ Bathroom door wouldn't close. Towel in room was dirty/stained so attention to detail and some basics need attention but breakfast was good, room was comfortable and spacious and the location is perfect for the Messe.

Good stay, but they need better HVAC
✓ Room is big and nicely appointed, good gym, nice lobby and breakfast. Omelette bar
✗ AC was really loud (I woke up at 3am to put in earplugs) but the room was still quite warm even though it constantly was blowing. Probably the most ineffective system ever. It was not that hot ouside, but it was a lousy night of sleep

Nice hotel but staff needs improvement
✓ Nice facilities, clean and modern. Spacious rooms.
✗ Poor staff and not a very welcoming check in (you check yourself in via a terminal). The staff treats people in a different way: when ordering breakfast, they asked me to pay a deposit for it. Another friend had to pay the breakfast in advance. Yet another friend could pay on checkout. It was also impossible to book a big table for breakfast so we could all sit together. Not what I would expect from a hotel like this.

✓ it’s really nice hotel of cologne, so modern and stylish, I love sizes of rooms and staff, specially barmen were so nice!
✗ sometimes they have problem in the system with cleaning, and cleaning skipped our room twice, but once I’ve told in the reception, they fixed the problem and were so nice to me

The height restriction for the garage is at 2 meters. But we also got a couple of parking slots for busses in front of the hotel without height restrictions.
