✓ Nice airy room with a lovely outlook. Friendly and helpful staff.
✗ Bath wonky and didn't seem safe and the loose shower doors need replacing or fixing. The shower didn't leak though and I didn't want a bath so not really a problem.

Great location, beautiful building, but some rooms are not worth the money.
✓ The building is beautiful and it’s very central. The roof terrace is a great place to sit early evening. Our bed was very comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly.
✗ Noise was an issue. Our room (104) had a large stained glass window onto the central atrium and was directly over reception. Anyone staying in this room can hear everything going on or said in there, including late-night arrivals and early morning cleaning. If you are a light sleeper, you’ll need ear plugs. We went with a group of friends and the rooms varied enormously. One couple had 105, which is small, dark and has a view onto an unpleasant light well; another had a beautiful room with a big bed and a large balconied window onto the street…. Yet we all paid the same. It’s a lottery! Staff could not offer us another room, however did offer alternatives to the couple in 105, but they had to move room each night.

Gorgeous building, lovely stay.
✓ Absolutely beautiful building with gorgeous features. Very comfortable room, very spacious. Excellent central location at the heart of all the main sights, everything I wanted to see was walking distance. Staff were all very kind.
✗ Only bug bear was that the wifi worked only in the main areas, it didn’t quite reach to the room itself. The breakfast process was a little tricky as you had to call 15mins ahead for them to prepare, however each day the information wasn’t passed on so I had to wait anyway. But all in all a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this to those travelling to Seville!

Thank you for your inquiry. All our rooms are different and not all of them have balcony or window to the street. We have 16 rooms, some of them have the window overlooking the inner courtyard of the house and others with balcony.

Dear Sir/madam , thank you for writing us, in case of the cathedral, it has a cost of 11 euros but on thursday you have free entry. Regarding the spa you have three spas that are less then ten min walking from our hotel.

We offer a generous continental breakfast with details of the typical Sevillian gastronomy. It can be booked with the reservation or just in the morning wanted. There is a mini fridge in every room and our Grand Deluxe Rooms have balconies. Thank you
