✗ When I arrive she tells me my booking has been cancelled although I never got a cancellation notice. It turns out she was unhappy with Booking.com for the 15% Genius level 3 discount I was getting. I had no option but to accept her offer of cash at the same amount (thereby her evading the Booking.com fees) and she was not giving me breakfast which should have been included. I had a guest come over but left before 8pm. I get a message saying I owe R150. The original booking would have been R60 extra (with breakfast for two). When I pointed this out the next morning I was asked to leave the property immediately with what I deem to be rasist remark. I paid the extra R60 and left. Shocking!!
