I booked one bedroom apartment at copthorne lakeview executive apartments from 31st December until 1 January, and when I got there at the check in time they kept me waiting for more than 4 hours saying that the apartment isn’t ready yet, after that time they didn’t give me the apartment that I booked saying that it will take time to fix and instead they said we will give you a suite for the same price I said to them that I booked an apartment because it’s bigger and better for me they told me that we are giving you an upgrade but how a suite is an upgrade instead of an apartment, next I discovered from one of the workers there that there was a guest in the apartment that they had supposed to check me in and he asked to extend his stay and then they gave him my apartment, I’m really unhappy about what happened there, and no one will be if they were in my situation.
