✓ Gorgeous modern apartment. Very close to the city centre. Very spacious.
✗ Admin hassle before the stay having to fill in forms send over documentation etc. The security deposit took a month to be returned after several phone calls with booking.com as when I contacted the company directly I was not getting a response.

✗ Firstly, before you get lost in my review I want to make you aware about the deposit. This is taken a week before and is “due” back 7-10 days after you check out. This is if you’re lucky. After checking out I messaged this company to check when I’d receive this and was told 7-10 days. 2 MONTHS later after constant messaging on WhatsApp and texts I receive this deposit. I emailed them from looking online, no point in that literally pointless. Called their phone from website no one answered don’t even try it. Every time I asked where my deposit was it was “this is being process” “takes 7-10 days” “the refund didn’t go through” they are in no urgency, booking.com didn’t help me, I even enquired to my bank out of desperation. I’m not sure how it took 2 months but please if you do book with these do consistently follow your deposit up because the stress and worry I went through for 2 months to try and get it back was horrible. Now the property, arrival the host thought we were checking out the next day even after we told him we were there for the weekend. Then around 11am the next morning we had a knock on our door asking us to check out however we politely told him we were here for the weekend. They really were not on top of their bookings at all. We only had one loo roll per toilet and for a group of 6 from Sat-Mon you would expect more and when asking the guy if he had any he said “he was only a cleaner”. We were also quick to learn that there were no washing up liquids or scrubbers which was surprising for an apartment so it’d be nice for future guest if you could at least put a bit of fairy or something in a cupboard.

✓ The decor is lovely, really nicely laid out. Appartment is very clean
✗ No bedding for our 5th guest, she had a quilt and pillows but no linen to cover them or the base of sofa bed. We didn't realize this until our return just before midnight. Also a tea towel and dishcloth would of helped.
✓ Nothing booking.com should not be associating with this company and advertising their facilities. Disgusting behaviour I'm having to argue to get my deposit back because of rubbish in bin bags and a towel in bathroom floor. They already cancelled one of our rooms leaving 2 of us to sleep on an air bed and now argue that we had a gathering
✗ The host, the way I have been spoken to, the way I have to fight to get my deposit back and seems they do this trick with eveyone more fool me. Con men total scam to steal your deposit. Shocked that booking.com allow them to advertise through them. Will not be using booking.com or homes to let again. I have asked the host not to contact me and still keeps replying to my messages. I would like to speak to booking.com direct about who you trade with
