✗ There was no entry code on the email they sent to me to access my room When I arrived, as planned, I couldn’t get access to my room. When I called the property for assistance, they could not resolve the issue and gave me a phone number to a hotel in Tremblant village 20km away. The property manager arranged for a refund when I spoke with him the next day. He referred the case to senior management regarding the situation/compensation. Never heard back from them even after following up myself on two occasions.

✓ Location was great, only a 10 minute drive to the North Side of Mont Tremblant. We loved the large soaking tub and great views from the living/dining room. Overall a very cozy place!

✗ The pillows were quite uncomfortable; Basic kitchen essentials were missing (salt & pepper; oven-safe dish or tray); recycling bin was too small and no additional recycling bags were available.

A lovely place to stay a short drive from Mont Tremblant

✓ The condo was well-designed, comfortable, and very clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen with functioning dishwasher. We chose the smallest of the two-bedroom options, and found it easily spacious enough for five adults. The large windows of the living room and master bedroom looked out onto a glorious view of Lac Superieur. The unit is well-insulated - during a power failure caused by “the storm of the decade”, we were cosy and warm with just the heat from the gas fireplace.

it was a good location, and nice unit but it could have been better equipped for cooking.
