Great location next to Sevan lake. Good food.

The staff were not accommodation on multiple issues, such as when we asked for extra towels to use at the pool. Slow service in the restaurant.

Great location, excellent service, great views, very good breakfast. Nearby there is a modern supermarket (5 km). Yandex Taxi works great.

Grossly overpriced in the restaurant. The price / quality ratio is average, the price tag seems to be somewhat overpriced, but there seems to be no serious competitors. Everything else is great. Better to come in summer

The hotel is located on the lake. It is modern and very nicely appointed. The facilities are very clean and quiet. The breakfast (included) was delicious. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, the staff were exceptional. They were helpful and friendly and made me feel at home!

Beautiful new hotel, amazing view and pool

Loved this new hotel - only 8 guests staying while i was there and we had the whole venue and pool to ourselves. The downstairs communal areas are beautiful. Great coffee in the morning! Only the receptionist speaks a tiny bit of English.

The location shared through booking was incorrect and it took me an hour to let the property share the correct location with me. It also said the pool would be emptied on Sept 15th but it wasn’t, luckily. A little misinformation that they should fix. Also, for early risers like myself you have to wait long as breakfast is not until 9AM (actually 9:30 even when I was there). I could not even access the communal breakfast area so had nowhere to go but just stay in my room. A little lonely! Menu a little limited and no English speaking staff to get help when needed.

Location and view.

First of all the room was dusty. The double bed had single bed bedding. Apparently it’s very normal for that hotel. The pillows were smelly and extremely uncomfortable. The lights in the room are not wired correctly, so you can’t switch the bedroom light on by using the switch next to the door. The staff is very disorganised . The basic sanitary equipments are very poor chip quality. I would say it was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in!
