Excellent location, so peaceful and quiet excellent management and staff, so friendly so caring to make sure all the guests are comfortable and enjoying themselves. The food was fresh organic and deliciously cooked at the property. We had a great entertainment . Very clean with all the amenities . It was a very unique and extra ordinary experience.

There was nothing to dislike about this place.

This small and very modern hotel set in immaculate grounds is an excellent base for exploring the Dilijan National Park. It offers spotless, very comfortable and naturally lit ensuite rooms with views across a wooded valley. The owners go out of their way to be helpful – we were running late and pre-ordered dinner via WhatsApp having been sent photos of the restaurant menu. The timing of the buffet style breakfast, 09.30hrs is not ideal for early starters (we were on a bird watching tour), but when it is served it is both generous and offers excellent choice. We also ate dinner in the restaurant both nights and the freshly prepared meals are first rate with enormous portions. Perhaps many dishes perhaps are best shared to avoid the sizeable “doggy bag” we took for lunch the next day.

Kudos to the owners for providing a kettle in the room, but for black coffee drinkers it might be helpful to provide an alternative to sachets of instant coffee that include milk and sugar. But that is a very small suggestion for improving what is already a superb place to stay.

This is a family rest house in a small and beautiful village, The owner was very kind and friendly. The stuff was supportive. The territory of the rest house and around was clean and beautifully designed.

Everything was fine. Only the road from the center of the village to the rest house is unpaved, but this was not critical for us, since the house itself and staying in it, the nature around compensates for everything.

Its not mansion anywhere that only families are welcome in this facility.If you are planning to go there with friends don’t even think.Owner will approach you and give “lecture” that its family place and you can’t play music, even it is classical music and on very low volume(around 8pm ),but same time staff can have very loud “rabiz”music after midnight.

Hello . If we reserve for 16 people ? Is it a entire house?will we be alone at the house ?

Hello, we are happy to tell you that you can stay with 16 people, but the maximum size of the biggest room is for 8 people and the others are for 2-4, but they all connected with garden between them
