We were travelling to Spain and France. It was the worst stay ever!
✓ Very close to les baux de provence.
✗ So very disappointing… The rooms were at second uneasy to reach floor though we were travelling with handicapped people. rooms with basic furniture, creaking doors. very bad acoustics between rooms. one had inner uncomfortable staircase to go with luggage?! the pools weren’t open to the guests . nothing really to do there and no one offered us any alternative activities. the location is at least 30 minutes from Arles, Avignon or Montpelier. The staff was a huge disappointment. inexperienced, distanced and not supportive. We practically had food poisoning in a restaurant which the reception recommended and pre booked for us. At the following lunch, one of us felt so sick he actually fainted in the l’oustau and nobody bothered to check on us. let alone, try to compensate and let us feel better. such an arrogance!
