✗ I felt the food was not to the quality and standard that Hard Rock is famous for and it was very expensive in comparison to better quality food in other venues on Times Square. This is nit picking but the mannequins in the glass case on the lower ground floor need dusting

✓ The location is amazing. Close to Broadway shows, shopping, great restaurants, Central Park is within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bigger size compared to other NYC rooms. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful.

Fantastic location with nothing particular demerit attached to it
✓ Location, location, location. Everything I wanted to do, visit or enjoy are walking distance from the hotel. It felt pricy at first, but now I think it is fullly worth the price.
