✗ I like nothing as I was denied check-in for no reason. I was already in Jermuk when I was informed by the owner that the apartment is under fire and I can't check-in. However, I checked in the address and nothing was wrong with the apartment. This is an irresponsible attitude towards guests. I don't want you to experience the same

✓ We went to the adress there was a dertiy bulding and the door was closed i call the number on the site but nobody ansever So i think it should remove from booking site

✓ Great value for money, bed and sofas are comfortable, the place is very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

✗ I'd advise getting the WiFi password off of the landlord so you can contact him when you arrive if your phone is like mine doesn't work in Armenia. Just to clear up one of the complaints I've read about no hot water in the property.... It runs off of a very straightforward to use boiler which simply needs manually adjusting for both hot water and room heating.

✓ the apartment is different from the posted in booking.com but somehow we like it more because it has two bedrooms instead of one. Vahe who assisted us in Jermuk was the best one. He made sure that we’re good and happy. thanks Vahe!

✗ no towel for wet dishes.
