excellent stay in Antigua.

Very close to a beautiful sandy beach and also private villas pool. Very short walk of a few metres to local restaurants. exceptional decor and great air conditioning. Vanessa is a dream host, even picked me up from the airport and took me food shopping.

Vanessa, our gracious host, made the check in process super fast and smooth. She even offered to pick us up from the airport or drive in convoy, if needed. She was always available and communication with her was prompt and clear. Great location, on the beautiful beach of Dickenson Bay, steps away from the the sea( you can even hear the gentle waves at night from the master bedroom or sunbathe on the terrace). Villa Fantasea is within a quiet, safe, gated community. There are restaurants within walking distance, on-site convenience store and tour agency. There are taxis available at the entrance and free parking too. The villa itself is beautiful and super conveniently located. Has a large terrace with unobstructed views of the sea, sunset and night sky. We had the 2 bedroom apartment - tastefully decorated and with artsy accents, very clean, comfortable and super well equipped. We particularly appreciated the not so small touches like the free water bottles in the refrigerator, the choices of coffee, the information booklet and above all, Vanessa's warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any needs. The check out time is flexible! so that you can make the most of every moment on beautiful Antigua before your departure. Now that is a concept that hotels should adopt. I have to say that I was somehow skeptical of all the "exceptional" reviews before booking this property but so glad I did cause it truly is exceptional. A heartfelt thank you, Vanessa!

AMAZING!!! Perfect place.

We got so lucky to book this place. It ended up being even better than I could have imagined. A friend and I were traveling together and rather than doing an all-inclusive booked Villa FantaSea. We could eat at the place when we wanted or go out. We each were able to have our own bedroom/bathroom - we had 2 bedrooms (the upstairs unit). The place is beautifully appointed and the contact/host is super responsive. As a heads up, the upstairs does not really an indoor family room but there is an absolutely perfect and huge balcony for eating and hanging out if you are done with the sun for the day. There is a small kitchen that has most everything you could need including a full-size fridge. If I was going back to Antigua, I would 100% return to Villa FantaSea!

Vanessa is quite literally the best. She was so accommodating to us. she helped us with a car rental, tips on where to go and what to do, and not to mention, she ensured that we were stress free. My husband and I both work a lot (even had to do a little work on our vacation) and have two little ones at home. this trip was so needed and Vanessa ensured that we had the best experience. The location is PERFECT. right on the beach. places close by the grab a quick bite or a drink. everything is within driving distance, as it is a smaller island. We went into this trip blind and knowing nothing about Antigua and loved it!

Good day. The price listed is for the space, and not per person. The apt holds up to four adults and cannot sleep more than four. Less than four adults the price remains the same.

Good day I’m Interested in renting out this property for Mother’s Day from the 6-8 may it’s about 6 adults and 4 kids can we get the two bedroom

Unfortunately the maximum number of guests for the two bedroom is four. You would need to rent out both floors essentially to sleep the six adults. Can you let me know the ages of children are please to see if cots can be arranged? Thx

Thank you for your inquiry. The cancellation policy at Villa FantaSea states that full refunds of your deposit (US$500.00) will be made for cancellations up to thirty days prior to your arrival date, after which your payment is non refundable.

Does The 2nd floor have any kind of open area or seating area where the kitchenette is?

The Upper floor has a spacious outdoor patio but no indoor living space. The Kitchenette opens onto the patio through double doors.

Hi is the terrace on the 2 bed unit private and not shared

Both terraces are private to their respective apts unless you rent the entire villa as a three bedroom unit where you'd then have access to both. The unit can be separated into two apts by a pocket door which leads to upstairs or rented as one

Looks lovely. Is the 2 bedroom apartment only the second floor with no indoor living space? We’re interested in the first floor for 4 if avail? Thnx

The two bedroom (two bathroom) apartment is only the upper floor, and does not have and indoor living space. The ground floor only has one bedroom and can only sleep two people unfortunately.
