The room was nicely furnished with a beautiful view of the countryside. To relax after a hard day, we used the jacuzzi in the wellness area, which was very pleasant. The breakfasts were very good.

The extra bed was very uncomfortable, there was a big hole in the middle of the bed. At the beginning of our stay, we were greeted at the reception by an unpleasant receptionist. On Saturday night, my friends and I went to Sněžka for sunrise, upon arrival we immediately headed for breakfast, where the waiter caught us. His behavior was very inappropriate. He repeatedly asked us if we had paid for breakfast and in which room we were staying. We don't mind if the waiter checks the room number at the entrance to see if we have paid for breakfast. It is always necessary to choose appropriate behavior. There was dirty water in the pool.

We've been there fourth or fifth time - I think that's the best example of our opinions about this place. Even though the weather was bad (rain and lack of snow) we had a great time. There is a lot to do in the hotel, the food is great, staff is super helpful and kind, beds are comfy, rooms clean... Really, what more does one need?

I'd love to have a little more comfy pillows. All the rest was perfect.

It was absolutely amazing, we loved every part of it. The rooms were comfortable and clean, staff was really helpful, the food exquisite, and all the entertainment the hotel is providing would be enough even if there was no snow:) we've been there second time and I'm sure we gonna visit again next winter. I'd recommend it to everyone, it's great for families with children, it's great for a romantic getaway and for a group of partying friends. There is tons of things to do (swimming pool, fitness, massages, pool, ping-pong, bowling,...), so you'll never gonna be bored. The food is really nice, we tried breakfast, dinner and restaurant, and loved it. All in all, great stay, we are just sorry we couldn't stay longer :)

The pillows were quite poor and uncomfortable, I'd expect better quality for this price.

We really enjoyed the stay at Horizont hotel. The view from the room was amazing, as a plus was swimming pool which we enjoyed after a hike. The staff was very nice and friendly, they allowed us to check in earlier and check out later which was great as we had some plans already. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, planning of booking your hotel again with my next visit. :)
